Need to know the name of a song, this will test you! (lyrics, dance)

Ok thisa song was released in 1997 and its tune is remarkably like that of "Can you feel it" by the Jackson 5. The llyrics etc are different as it was quite a popular? dance song at clubs etc. You know how tunes arte sometimes used by other artists with a different set of lyrics, i.e Madonna uses a tune from Abba's "Gimme Gimme" in her song "hung up" This song form about 1997 was very similar to "Can you feel it" by the Jacksons and I would like to know what it was called.
