HELP I must find this band! (lyrics, lead singer, techno, French)

I've searched in internet for hours and I can't find this band! There's a particular song from 2004 (it was on a ‘best of mix’ CD) with the beginning lyrics of; "One more time, I wake and I’m anywhere
Now I’m feeling only when you look like you’re coming after all". I can’t understand the lyrics to the song’s reprise. Through out the song there is a distinct and persistent percussive beat (cymbals in particular), a techno undertone and an little electric guitar. The band's lead singer sounds British...
Any help or direction with this query would be great.
