Default Can any help with this piece? Artist and Track?

I've heard this track before a few times but never knew who did it.
The intro vocals sound like Japanese or maybe even Native American with a quirky, delicate quality, and a faint choral backup.
Then the track goes rhythmic with some sampling, and the vocals repeat over the rhythym track.

Here's a video with the music being used in the background.
Give it a listen and if you can identify it, I'd really appreciate it.

I don't think that is Enigma. It does sound slightly like Return to Innocence from The Cross Of Changes. As the song progresses, it loses that feel. I guess it is possible that it ma still be Enigma, but it would be on an album after The Cross Of Changes.
