help me with this song... (title, shows, artist)

well now i need help with this song, theres no vocals in this one, its only whistles, i nice one, but i dont know the title or the artist, this song appeared on the Tv show "wonder years" when kevin used to play basketball, all the time when they played basketball, and in the other tv show "little rascals" plz if someone knows pls help me =(... almost forgot this, besides this song is used mmh in some shows of the "harlem globe trotters"

NOTE: is not the theme from the harlem globe trotters(sweet georgia brown)bye the brother bones, but exactly the same whistling,i hope this helps
