Need Help (rap, cd, member, artist, song)

Hi everyone... I am new to not only this site, but also to rap music. I am looking for a certain artist and song. I have asked all my friends and no one seems to know it.
The song is sung by a man with a rough "older" voice. a few have told me probably lil jon???? not sure, anyways i can only remember a couple lines from the song so any help would be greatly appreciated.
It says at the begining something like "slow down little one you still have milk on your tongue" and then towards the end says give me a (certain drink) cuz they're buyin em and I'm drinkin em... ???? and he laughs at the end with a real growly laugh.
I am trying to put together a cd for my boyfriend for his birthday and this is the only song I can't get.
