Trying to remember a song (lyrics, songs, '90, Ching)

Hey folks, I hope someone can help me.

I'm trying to remember a song from the '80s or '90s about immigrating to America.

I know the song is not "The Immigrant Song" by Led Zeppelin, and it's not "Coming to America" by Neil Diamond.

Can anyone remind me of any other songs that might fit the bill? I remember it being played on the radio and it was done by a "known" group. In other words it wasn't obscure. I heard it being played in a large department store about 3 weeks ago. I've been researching ever since, and the only result is I've now forgotten what few lyrics I managed to pick up at the time I heard it.

If anyone has any ideas, I appreciate hearing them.
