Metal/Rock - Unkown song/artist HELP (lyrics, punk, cd, member)

Alright im going to sound stupid trying to say the lyrics because it is a very odd song that i remember in the past and i always heard it in my old cd but i lost that when i was growing up and now i cant find it and i miss that song.

Its a screaming kind of horror song i believe it was made between the 1990s and 1999s

The song i believe was made for a horror filma bout gnomes or evil gnomes..

And in the whole song its a guy screaming AhhhAhhhAhhhooooo and then a kind of heavy low voice saying NIGHTMARE or HORROR and then a girl like kind of light voice like a ghostly voice going Ahhoooahh but not screaming its gentle and its just a weird song but i have not heard it for ages and i would really like to find it again or hear it so please help!!

the beginning is unkown but the second part of the name is called clown
the cover of the CD is green i believe
and the band is uknown

You might want to look up some 'horror punk' bands. Like the Misfits.

They make a lot of horror like songs.

Also Psychobilly bands.
Oh wait a minute. That sounds like 'Gonna Kill My Baby' by the Batfinks!!
