need help with a title/artist

i cant figure out the name of this song, and i know a good big of the lyrics but no where i look seems to know anything about this song. heres how it goes

song starts off with a guy saying "so heres me and amy" "what" "i said heres me and amy, were all inseperable right, then the ******* comes along"

she said this could be the one, but i dont know what to say here, this could be the last time i ever hold you. i tried to, believe but you never see.

you never looked so beautiful, when i walked away, you never looked so beautiful, when i walked.

thats about all i know of it. its killing me, if anyone knows what it is please help

yea, ive typed in every lyric i could think of. all of what i just wrote up there, and many variations. i cant figure it out and its killing me.
