Hip Hop over Mano Chao

I heard some hip hop (I think it was Spanish or Portuguese, maybe Brazilian, possibly French

) that had pieces from some Mano Chao tunes in it, it was great but I can't for the life of me find out what it was.

Google is letting me down.

Does anyone have any ideas which could enlighten me?

Thanks but it's definitely not Bob Sinclair.

This was not in English, and there was more than one Manu Chao sample.

I still can't find it, absolutely gutted.
