There's a song with an air horn at the beginnning...or actually more of a siren..great song though.

ugh, artist and the ambulance has sirens in the song...but a lot of songs have sirens, your gonna have to be more specific

its that nelly song, it has a siren at the beganing, its REALLY popular, someone will know the name of it, airforce 1 maybe... no idea
