Native american song late 80s early 90s

Hi,

I've been looking for a while for a native american song from late 80s early 90s and I cant seem to find it

What I remember of it is the fact that in its music video it is sang by a native American in the desert

With the risk of sounding stupid what I remember from the song is something like this:
(How I hear the song , these are not the actual lyrics)

'Animunane munane..'.then somekind of coire and then 'panana we nana...eeeee..eh'
I'm pretty sure it was popular at the time and it has a pop tune to it.

It is not sang by Enigma or Sacred Spirit

Any kind of help will be very much appreciated
