Downtempo song -- Help please!

Hi, hopefully this isn't too much of an obscure order but I have lots of info about it. It sounds like a guitar playing a mellow riff throughout, although I'm pretty sure it was made eletronically. The title, band, or album was called Time. No lyrics, not pink floyd. There was also a skate video with the same name that featured it. Another video was on youtube and had the same footage as (San Fransisco 1900, sorry can't post link, it's old footage of a heavily populated san fransisco street) but with my song in it. I don't expect anyone to go searching like I already have but if anyone already knows what I'm talking about, please tell me! And thanks for reading!
