weird 2000s music video

Hello, i have made this acc here, in an effort to find a certain music video i have been looking for, for years. I have looked all over online in an attempt to find it and nothing even comes close. I dont remember any of the lyrics just the blizzard music video. Here is what i recall;

- the song is from the early to mid 2000s

- the artist is most likely canadian

- it aired on ytv late at night in between shows

- the genre is alt rock or indie rock (of sorts)

- the singer is male

The music video started with a nerdy guy with black glasses sitting singing on a window cell his mouth was odd it looked like it was animated and much larger than it should be, objects of all sorts were singing along including a building with an animated mouth on it. At some point the nerdy guy was dancing with a women while wearing a thong of some sort. I rememver my siblings making fun at how ridiculos it was but as a kid, it legitimately scared me cause of the weird animation i tried to find it again for nostalgia but i realized its disrciption is no where to be found on the internet. If anyone ANYONE has any idea what song it is and how to find it please let me know. Thanks!
