Disco duchess

Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum but looking at some other posts you all seem like a great community that I'm excited to be a part of. Anyway, I need some help ID'ing a song! Not sure if anyone will know it based on how little information I have, but it's worth a try.
I heard the song on a road trip in Canada, which means it is a Canadian radio song. Not sure if it was on the top charts or not, or which radio station. Sorry! I also only remember some of the chorus, which went like this:
"So beautiful, so beautiful, So wonderful So wonderful" with no words between.
Upon typing those lyrics into google, none of the first results that pop up are the correct song. This means it is not by "Essence," Tim Hughes, Joe Cocker, Jonathan Butler, or Angel.
