I know that this is album is well liked amongst a lot of board members, but I just don't dig it. I really don't dig the Stripes much at all. I appreciate what they do and he is a great guitarist but Meg's awful drumming really really annoys me and there is just something about the band that I can't get into. I can't even describe it to be honest.

BONE BROKE, LITTLE CREAM SODA and RAG AND BONE are good tracks but I just don't find it moves me. I find their music impersonal at times maybe.

I would much prefer to do my own compilation as they have admittedly done some great tracks.

I'm not sure you can get any more personal than A martyr for my love for you...if you can't feel any emotions in that song you're dead...

I don't care what anyone says, Meg is fackin' hot.

Oh, I haven't heard anything aside from the title track, just thought I'd say that.

To my ears all the organ in it gives it a kind of mid 70s vibe to it.

I don't like it as much as De Stijl or Elephant but it's a huge improvement on their last album.

That song stunned me from the off.
Both personal and honest, probably my favourite track off the album.

The whole thing is a little too close to Zeppelin for my taste, everytime I hear those Jimmy Page riffs I wanna be sick. Elephant was a much better package and showed a lot more originality and range, I like the White Stripes and I know that they can do a lot better.

The best thing the White Stripes have produced since Elephant is the Meg White home sex tape
