Goldfrapp is my favourite band of all time!!

By the way, have you guys heard the newest album "Seventh Tree"? It is a lot more positive than, for ex, "Felt Mountain" and very calm, but I still love it. Be sure to check out "Cologne Ceronne Houdini" and "Eat yourself" from this album.

From older songs my faves are "Utopia", "Train" (especially the video, uh!) and "Time out from the world"

Seventh Tree is brilliant, much more laid back in the same vein as Felt Mountain (which i think is a CLASSIC). My faves are Cologne as you said, Some People and Clowns. Happiness is a great single too.

Ohh Clowns I love the lyrics and they way she sings them.. Some people is wonderful as well.

By the way, I've read that tomorrow Alison is turning 42... Do you know if that's true? Cause she looks 10-15 years younger!

From wiki:

Quote:
Alison is famously reluctant to reveal her true age, although speculation has put her date of birth as early as 1960 and as late as 1971. In an interview on TRL UK in 2005, Alison said she was born in the Chinese year of the horse. Her birthday is thought to be May 13. In a 2006 interview with Q Magazine, she said she was 37. The births register in the Family Records Centre in Islington, London shows an "Alison Goldfrap" (sic) who was registered in the second quarter of 1966 in Enfield (to a mother whose maiden name was "Barge"). It is thought that this is Alison. [2] Furthermore, 1966 was a year of the horse. In a video podcast available on iTunes, a fan asked, "How old are you? I heard you were 37, but that is impossible. I thought late 20s?" Alison responded, "You never ask how old she is, it's very rude.... And yes, I'm only 24.". Searching for directors of UK companies on Armadillo.co.uk brings up an entry for an Alison Elizabeth Goldfrap born on 13th May 1966. Q Magazine in an interview in the May 2008 issue quotes her as turning 42 in 2008. In the track 'Some People' Alison sings 'some people will ask how old I am' making reference to the frequent question she is asked
