Kate Nash is an absolute stain on the music industry. My best mate still big up's Amy Winehouse's album Frank and it's superiority to Back in Black. I have still yet to check it out.

What interests me is that not in one place did you give any reason why she's so great, so talented, such a genius. All you saw fit to mention was that she had a number 1 (whoopteedo!) which means nothing besides her having wide appeal, and that she'd been awarded with a Brit - again, whoopteedo. "Critics' choice". Which critics? From what I see, her album has already been sufficiently panned in British music media.

Tell us WHAT makes her such a genius, if you're even serious about this.

I don't think she is a genius. I like her music but others have said that before her debut was released.
I am throwing it open to others to debate her in the context of other's from the Brit school.
calling her names is a bit low though in this thread as noone is as pretty as me but I don't then call others ugly in comparison or the whole world would be ugly.
