The Left Banke
I'm honestly surprise this band doesn't get more credit, influential to Jens Lekman, Belle and Sebastian and Elliott Smith they're one of the greatest 60s acts ever but they seem to often go sadly unmentioned. Despite doing baroque pop better than most bands around that time.
