Niacin is a instrumental fast fusion supergroup consisting of bassist Billy Sheehan(Mr. Big, David Lee Roth, Steve Vai), drummer Dennis Chambers(Santana, Parlaiment/Funkadelic, John McLaughlin) and legendary Hammond B3 organist John Novella. Thier fifth studio album, Organik(2005) is a tornado fusion of funk, jazz, rock and prog as these three virtuosos sweep you off your feet with complex jagged signature time shifts, bewildering rhythms and blinding speed of instrumental prowess. You should also look into JAMES TAYLOR QUARTET , a British funk-fusion band.

Also there is a very good Italian Hammond-dominated band in this genre only I forget their name!!
One of their cds is called "Italian Playboy".
