Ive never heard of simple plan but unfortunately I do know Good Charlotte. Despite admitting to liking Young and the hopeless I think they are so FAKE.

You hate mainstream? You don't like The Rolling Stones, Guns And Roses, The Beatles, Nirvana, AC/DC, The Offspring? Since when did mainstream become a dirty word. I don't like any of the aforememntioned bands either but saying "i hate mainstream" is like saying I hate oxygen...ok maybe no that bad but you get what I mean.

i cant get into the old pop punk stuff like ramones or sex pistols Iv gotten into finch and a couple others but thats about it for that and all you metal heads gotta stop calling bands that are probally better that yours bad theres no such thing as a mainstream music is music thats all thats too it.

plus how can lamb of god or all that other stuff compare to ac?dc or korn or somthing metal sounds like crap and souns the same unlike these so called "mainstream" bands

Besides bringing the entire punk movement (yes it was a music more than a music style) over to the states, they revolutionized music much like The Beatles 10 years before them. And the second paragraph made no sense. There are such things as periods and question marks you know.
