anti-flag would be better if they tried a new sound instead of being fake punk pussys.

and then I bet you like black flag, the descendents and poison idea. Sorry but I think exploited are not as unintelligent as you say they are. They did have some songs with some good subjects.

I don't want to go on about it too much more but I find it strange that you all write off exploited. When I was right into punk (late 80's /early 90's) exploited were quite well though of in punk circles. I have encountered this dislike before on other forums, maybe it is an American dislike for them, they did after all sing a song called "Fucck the USA"

I dislike them for the same reason I dislike the Casualties and other crap like that. They're nothing more than a bunch of cliche ridden twats and you could find tons of punk bands singing about the same boring subjects with the same boring music. They're nothing special and never have been.

It might be cliched now, but back when Exploited started (late 1970's) it was not cliched at all. Bands like the casualties are clones of bands like exploited. Comparing casualties with exploited is like comparing Sum 41 with Bad Religion.

Have you all heard much of the band? Like any band that has been around for such a long time their sound has eveloved a lot. To hear one album or a few songs is not enough to form such an absolute judgement.

For the record I do very much prefer American punk to most UK stuff. However bands like UK SUBS, Discharge, GBH, Conflict, Crass, Subhumans (UK) and Exploited are all good bands in my books.

I like The Exploited and UK Subs. Bad Religion and DK are way better, though.
