Simple Plan, addicted to oi? (American, cover, band, songs)

Did anyone else hear about simple plan covering the lower class brats' 'Addicted to Oi'(song)? They also did Bad Religion's 'American Jesus'. I'm not saying they shouldn't do stuff like that or anything, cause if a band like the germs can do 'sugar, sugar' then whatever. But it just pissed me off when I heard about it.
