Another band I'll recommend is Appalachian Terror Unit if you're into the crust thing

As far as individual albums go, I picked up a great one today called Mostly in Sickness by a band called The Gift. They're like a grungy goth act but their music definitely has a punk backbone in terms of the song structure.

Heard them a few years back and thought they were ace. From what I heard they were either a little earlier than those bands or just not really a part of that scene which is why they have more of a proto-punk New York Dolls vibe.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Try Only Crime
This band consists of members of Descendents, Good Riddance, and Bane (some of the ex-members are from Rise Against and (ex) Converge).

They sound like Black Flag a bit (of course, it's because of Bill), GR, and even RA.

And another recommendation is Pour Habit, for sure!!
