i thought the term "selling out" was valid when a band basically scrap everything they stand for to appeal to a larger range of people. i dont think the offspring have particularly done that.

lol!^ yeah I agree, I have about no respect for metallica. and I'm glad some poeple actually agree with what I say for once (this being about how the offspring HAVENT sold out and are still kickass). And yeah, snicks, I know how the pretty fly for a white guy song can get annoying, but it happens to any band good enough to get famous.
