Damn this is a tough one, Ramones, Richard Hell, Nausea, Crass, The Clash, Fugazi, and Refused...

I'll elimintae Fugazi and Refused because they are supposedly hardcore...

I'll go with my preference of Richard Hell and the Voidoids...

If some of the bands in this were in Poll 1 they might have won that...
