New Forum Guidelines 8/31 (members, quote, artists, band, Hang)

Due to an increased amount of petty arguments between members, the Mods have decided it is time to take action against those who instigate and take place in the verbal wars. ANY PERSONAL arguments will result in a ban from the forums for a temporary period of time. If someone starts a personal argument (by personal it means not music related) then they should be reported to a moderator. If instead of reporting the member, you decide to argue back, then both members of the argument will be banned temporarily. This is to decrease all the bickering going on between members and keep the forums full of lively discussion.

So...what if the argument IS music related? You know those music-realted arguments can indeed be intense and harsh....

ok imm sorta with that, however arguments are what makes a good conversation. if you have no arguing wheres the fun, the fun is lost without arguing. most people tend to like mess about with it anyway. ok and like the dude said about the music related argument, it cannot be helped people have different opinions all the time, n u cant be there 24/7. so i say let people argue, coz for one reason its fun, 2 it passes the time, 3 its a way of getting stress of ur chest and finally, how can you live without an argument, its a tuf challenge.

Well...I don't know when arguments became fun, but ok. If you're the reader then I guess it can be "fun". But anyway, people will always have different opinions all the time, like you ^ said. But arguing won't lead to anything positive. You shouldn't even be arguing if you don't fully stand by what you're sayiing, which means if you argue about it you're mind will not be changed no matter what. Anyway, what I was saying in the beginning was asking about music related aruments because Mr. IamAlejo said those consequences go for Personal arguments, but what about music related ones? My question was never answered by the way....

threats of violence or verbal barading of users of course..but the argument of what music is best and fav artists is just a human instince of debate..when it goes beyond that i would say kick not even temp

It's not. Tis a user that was here yonks ago, got a permanent ban, so he started another account. Somehow thought he'd be allowed to post again, for some reason ...
