oh man atcq are dope. one of my favorites, theyre just so smooth. Q-tip definitely has one of the best voices, and he and phife have a lot of chemistry. 'people's instinctive travels' (their first album), low end theory and midnight mauraders are hip hop classics. anyone who hasn't checked them out, i recommend you do.

my favourite hip-hop group ever. q-tip is my favourite mc. midnight marauders is a quality album, award tour and midnight being my favourite tunes. but theyve got other good albums like beats rhymes and life, tunes like phony rappers and the hop and their most famous i suppose can i kick it. quality group, but were overshadowed by the phony and glamourised rapping going on at the time. but man, theres not words to describe my love for tribe, i like alot of rap but tribe just pip it for me and as someone said q-tip is has a great style and flow, and tunes he is on like beasties, de la, he just makes them what they are.

A Tribe Called Quest are one of the few groups out there that I consider TRUE hip hop. No posing, no bling bling, just great lyrics, great beats, awesome samples and hip hop for hip hop's sake. Legends of rap!!!
