its amazing how many threads turn into aesop rock discussions.
I think the time for calling him 'underground' might have ended.

I remember reading somewhere none shall pass debuted at number 30 or something on the billboards.

Uh, 51 actually. Didn't debut that way either. I think he's going to start getting even better with his new sound, if he breaks it mainstream it could even have a Nevermind like effect. With Atmosphere so big I wouldn't count something like that out. Rap sales are falling faster than any other genre, maybe something like Rock could really hit it bigtime. A couple appearances on the Daly Show or whatever...

Yah, Boombox is head an shoulders above everything else on the album. Every song on the album is good besides Labor is good though. In fact I'll do a comp instead of hijacking this thread anymore.
