This says nothing, you repeat this stupid argument for every rap artist you dislike. I realize they're three important aspects but like, well let me this in terms you'd better understand since it's obvious you can't argue hip hop. It's like going into a rock thread and saying "bad guitar, bad bass, bad drums, bad vocals" you're just bashing the most important aspects of the genre to avoid explaining why its bad. So please, if you're going to bash inarguably one of the most important rap artists ever at least provide an intelligent argument of some form.

Tupac is an excellent lyricist...And not much else. He's got an average flow, that is occasionally laughable, just listen to California Love. I guess his voice is down to preference but he never seems to do anything with it, like Biggie or Aesop Rock. True, Dre's production was fine, but it couldn't compare to any other rapper with that kind o legendary status. The reason he's held in such high regard is for having 'poetic' lyrics. He's certainly a great lyricist, but like I said, he doesn't have much else.

What exactly is wrong with his flow? Its not about how many words you can cram in per minute, 2pac was a pop artist first and foremost, and his flow was a perfect pop flow.

And what do you mean by not doing anything with his voice? Can you give examples?

2pac represented a new style, but most of his "legendary" status comes from his death, not his "poetic" lyrics. And who do you know who shares the same status as tupac? Biggie comes close, but no one really is as popular.

You seem to just throwing generalizations everywhere, its like me saying aesop rock sucks because his music isn't good...

Tupac may not hold up well in terms of production and lyrics as some more recent artists, but it unfair to compare a man who has been dead over a decade to those guys making music now.
