Citing one song doesn't prove your point. They're more accomplished because they do a lot of different things with their voices and flows. Snoop Dogg, Biggie and many others still sell huge amounts of records today.

When an artist is as influential as Tupac and their influence has even outspread just music you have to take that into account when discussing their music.

I think his music is fantastic and he released two of the greatest hip hop albums ever and a few other good ones. You think he has "Mediocre flow, mediocre production...Bad voice..." but excellent lyrics. The problem with that is production is pretty objective but matious and I both agree its fine. I don't see what's wrong with his flow/voice at all and the only thing I could see wrong with it is you not liking it which doesn't make it bad now does it? It just means it's not your cup of tea for whatever reason.

Music is not a democracy. Anyhow, I've said, what, 4 times now what I think is wrong with his flow/voice? The funny thing about you saying someone's influence affects their music is that you're the biggest Led Zeppelin hater ever. I'm not even saying he's bad, just that I'm not the biggest fan. I don't see how my opinion on his music should be affected by his influence on other artists.

okay, heres a good example of tupac flow. It's consistent, he changes his pitch multiple times.

I guess he doesn't say "Drop it like its HOOOOOOOOt" so his voice isn't dynamic enough.

I'm backing down? Really? Remind me where I ever said he was bad or unimportant. I don't think he's very good. Get it? This whole time I've been saying he doesn't live up to the hype for me. I wasn't even talking to you when I mentioned Snoop, so I'm not sure why you're bringing him up. Maybe there's nothing 'wrong' with it, but I don't like it. Which is what I've been saying the whole time. God, the strongest words I've used are 'he not very good'.

Not very good is basically the same thing as saying bad. Let me break this down for you. Bad is an antonym for good, so to place not in front of good means to make it mean the opposite so to place not in front of good would to mean its bad and very is just an adjective and doesn't change the definition. This is anal as hell I realize but you did say he was bad and now you're trying to back down and soften it up. Also I'm allowed to reply to whatever I please particularly if I disagree with you and you're making invalid comparisons.
