tupac is incredibly overrated,
his flow is strained, and his topics may be "concious"
but his music never really did anything for me.


i guess he would deserve to be on this list.

I see what you mean, my point tho was that he is certainly not one of the Worst Rappers Ever. I agree with you on the fact he isnt one of the best.
