Horrorcore? Express your thoughts.

I know over the years Horrorcore is really looked down on. Also aware there's some crazy artists. But does the word "Horrorcore" just turn you off instantly? Or would you give it a chance? Discuss.

I can totally understand why some people think it's cheesy—and I agree that it's cheesy—but I like it some of it.

It's basically kids who aren't even cool enough to listen to Slayer. But I'll fight anyone over ICP any day of the week though, so whatevs.

Interesting. Because i definitely like horrorcore and would consider myself a horrorcore artist but generally i'm not going for an outlandish shock value. More or less very dark but real subjects expressed in a hyper realistic way. If it's not going for a crazy shock factor would it be classified as something else?
