I'm a big fan of most of the bands on the Asian Man Records label. So yeah, MU330, Voodoo Glowskulls, Mustard Plug, third-wave stuff.

I dig on Mephiskapheles. Particularly the Maximum Perversion album. Good ****.

Hepcat, The Aggrolites, The Specials, Madness, Desmond Decker, Go Jimmy Go, No Doubt! The Slackers, Bob Marley and The Wailers too start with

My first experience with ska was Reel Big Fish, and they're still a favourite. There's also the Aquabats!. I think they're recording a new album, too.

bands like sublime and the wailers are the best

I love some Skatalites every now and then. Some people consider them just a standard jazz-esque band, but whatever it is, I really dig their style.
