I'm a much bigger ska fan so the 1st album for me was

it depends - was the sleep big spliff induced?

My first reggae album was Marley "Legend" and since then I have collected a ton of roots reggae. I love all of the old school stuff but I detest the dancehall crap that passes for reggae now. Sean Paul and the like aren't even remotely reggae - just crap.

Yeah I totally agree about Sean Paul and co. They're quite fun to listen to the odd time when you're deprived of real music but certainly not reggae.

First album was "life of the party" by the "Planet Smashers" awsome album if u don't have it u should buy it
