Tell me how gnr were not bigger and better than any names on that list in the 90s? No one was bigger than guns n roses from 90-93. Its not even close.


UYI has been the longest tour in rock history. The band had played a total of 192 dates in 27 countries. Over seven million people had seen the band perform in the 90s (from 90-93).

Here are just a few dates that none of the bands on that list can claim they played in front of more people in these areas.

Hayarkon Park in Tel Aviv, Israel. Over 40 000 at the biggest concert held in Israel.

Show in front of 75,000 people at the Cannstatter Wasen in Stuttgart, Germany

Show in front of 60,000 people in Hannover, Germany

Show in front of 50,000 Wildparkstadion in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Show in front of 50,000 Basel, Switzerland.

Show in Turin, Italy at the Della Alpi Stadium in front of 65,000 fans.

Show in front of 70,000 at River Plate Stadium

I don`t care about Guns n Roses or the people on the list and 90-93 is not the same as 90-99.

Plus they`ve not made anything good since 1987, in my opinion.I don`t care if they played to 1000 people or 1,000,000 people.I still think everything after Appetite For Destruction sucked.

How many "good" albums did nirvana have in the 90s? The answer is TWO. Nevermind and inutero. So tell me again how they were bigger or better than gnr?

The fact that gnr only had two great albums in the 90s and that they were the biggest band shows how big they really were. No one could touch them in the early 90s.

Like I said gnr were bigger from the time frame of 90-93 then any band on that list was from the whole decade. Just because gnr broke up in 93 still does not mean they cannot be the biggest band of the 90s. Also Cobain offed himself in 1994 just one year after gnr broke up. So using that logic how can nirvana even be on the list since they were just around from 91-94? Its still a four year time frame for both bands.
