help identifying song! (lead singer, band)

Hi, I saw a music clip but I dunno who sang the song. If anybody can help me, it'd be appreciated.
The clip has the band and instruments and some other ppl in an alleyway, and water rushes through the alleyway near the end of the clip. the drummer's blown off his chair by the water, and the lead singer is just standing there, then the water goes away.
I think he sang something about "no need" or something.

Anybody know which band sang the song?
