i think non metal is boring but im not ignorant i just think that non metal is alittle dull, altho i do like sum of it, and Metallica are better, i like all albums even st. anger and i dont mean like it as in 'o its ok' i mean i actually like it, it was the 1st Metallica album i bought

Whoa, i didnt actually no there were people that liked Metallica. I think they are one of the most over-rated bands ever, apart from rolling stones that is. Iron Maiden are way cooler, all you have to do is look at album covers and that will tell you that iron maiden = bad ass.

wow over-rated? i dont know what to say to that......metallica is a band that has made ledgendary status along with maiden. both are kick ass, and yes 'tallica's new stuff is different but when you are musical master minds like them and as rich as them u can pretty much do whatever the f**k u want to with ur music. they dont have to worry because while they were young they made such a huge fan base that they still sell out shows. and live they just kick ass. so over-rated i think not. u just need time to age and throughly enjoy all music for what they bring to the table. so take some time and just listen to the music for it is life. i so i end my rant

what? making legendary status does not mean they are good, for example, as i mentioned before, the rolling stones, are...to put it frankly....sh*t.

Do you know the meaning of overated? they are not THAT good, they dont sound THAT good, they do not deserve "legendary status". Sure some of their songs are quite bad ass, and I cant listen to them. But they are way overated.

I like metallica, but Iron Maiden is just so much better, more original, sounds quite a bit better.
