Listen, if you guys want a vocalist go listen to some Opera and/or Therion :P.

And Evenescense is one of those bands where people go, "These guys are amazing!" without even looking at their influences to see who they ripped off.

They suck. Period. Their guitar riffs are uninspiring, and her voice sounds over produced on the albums (of course, all I've heard was stuff off Fallen or whatever, but that was bad enough). I don't mind simple structure in music, and technicality isn't very important to me, but these guys just half ass it.

I propose bannings for anyone contributing to a 2 year old thread for some sh*tty one hit wonder band from about 3 or 4 years ago.

So you're going to Ban pepople just because they started posting in a few year old thread because someone new came here and likes a band that you don't like?

Amy Lee is the most beautiful girl in the world and sounds like an angel. Their music is great and who doesn't like them should die!

I don't differentiate between Amy Lee and the pop princesses she wishes she could be because she has the wrong "look". Pop is pop, and, for the most part, pop is the death of modern music.
