I think that Tim Alexander of Primus and Jon Theodore of The Mars Volta are quite good drummers.

In my opinion Travis Barker is the best drummer in the world. Whether you love or hate Blink 182 he has an amzing style and originality about him. Also Jon Theodore of the Mars Volta and Joey Jordison of course.
