Cradle of Filth (lyrics, album, fan, cover, quote)

Since the forum seems to be in a little groove or rating bands...what does everyone think about Cradle of Filth. I know there are massively mixed opinions about them out there.

I personally think they are amazing. Talent-wise I think its only slightly above average, but Dani can scream like no other. And the lyrics are the best thing about the band. Dani is an amazing lyricist. If you dont know the band, look for the lyrics from the album Damnation and a Day. Its about the old testament and the rise and fall of early religion. Its amazing.

Thoughts?

I love them, saw them live in December and they were fantastic. They may not be the most talented and Dani Filth may be "an angry little midgit", but they produce some good music...In my opinion!

Yeah, he is an angry little midget. But thats what I like about him personally. lol.

The only song they play that i like is their cover of Hallowed Be Thy Name. I'm not a huge fan of Dani Filth either

ha well i guess i learned something new today i was under the impression that Dani was a female (because of the spelling and cuz he sounds like an angry woman).......most interesting............but yeah i like most of their music

the reason i say this is because of when i saw the video of nymphetamine...i mean he sounds like a chick with a raspy voice, it was confusing. all i can say is my bad.
