couldn't find a thread....despite the name and the fairly deceitful single "danger! high voltage!! i would say this is pretty much a clear cut rock band.....i downloaded "fire" ( if that's the name of the album ) , it's pretty awesome....improper dancing and danger are two songs that stick out on the first listen...but all the other songs are pretty ferocious...hard rock even...
there is , however, a slight synth pop element, best expressed in the last song on the album "synthesizer"....and i would very much like to hear more of that from them....

I've only heard 2 of their songs, *** bar and danger! high voltage.

Both get on my nerves a lot, and their videos aren't what I'd find laugh out loud funny. Everyone else seems to think they are though.

They were only a joke band anyway , Danger High Voltage has been around since 1997 , put together by Jack White & a few mates. It wasn`t until it was featured on a 2ManyDJs compilation it got heard & re-released.

Fire was an awesome CD, that just isn't enough saxaphone in rock today and it should be there because, especially on fire, it makes it sound like the song went up in flames.

This CD was slightly humerous, but the fact that its funny stops alot of people. Its either good, or its funny, but in too many peoples minds it can't be both.

I Agree adidasss, their hot ****.
