I don't really know what is meant by 'real rock'?
It's been a while since I heard a good modern band, but that's because I don't look for any, I don't watch much TV or listen to the radio. So no, I wouldn't say rock is dead as I don't really have much proof. EDIT: HIM are you a girl now? Love the rose.
