I like my power metal with as much cheese possible
Can someone recommend me something on the lines of Blind Guardian, Jag Panzer, Dwarven, or Fairyland? Many thanks in advance, my CD collection needs it.

I can give you a whole plethora of major PM bands, this genre is my speciality. Heavy/Speed/Power Metal - Helloween, Gamma Ray, Grave Digger, Primal Fear, Iron Savior, Edguy, Hammerfall. Thrashy Power Metal - Iced Earth, Brainstorm. Progressive Power Metal (Non-Cheesy) - Symphony X, Kamelot, Angra, Evergrey. Symphonic/Epic Power Metal (The Cheesiest) - Blind Guardian, Rhapsody (Of Fire), Nightwish, Thy Majestie. Melodic Power Metal - Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica. Extreme Power Metal - Children of Bodom, Dragonforce. Honorable mentions: Manowar, Dragonland, Masterplan, Nevermore, etc....but I think this should do for now.
