Satriani, I think is the best out of that list but Vai is pretty good though, but I don't really look at a guitar player if hes better then everyone else ust if hes good enough for me to like his work.

I prefer Satriani , Just no way anything Vai does is as good as his
And yngwie is just a shredder , theres 100's like him now

nick drake? there is a difference between songwriting skill and being good at an instrument dude.


i personally prefer steve vai. ive just found it to be a case where the student has surpassed the teacher.
