Default Army Of Anyone

Since I like Stone Temple Pilots and Filter I thought to give these guys a try, I bought there self titled and I was a bit disappointed with alot of the songs but I liked Generations, Goodbye, and It Doesn't Seem To Matter....It seemed like the further album got the worse the songs got....Does anyone like these guys or heard the album?

Any generation that would pick Kurt or me as its spokesman -- that must be a pretty fucked up generation, don't you think?"

I have not heard the whole album....actually on the single they have been playing on the radio. I agree, a bit disappointing. The record companies have decided the cookie-cutter guitar army sound is what is selling to the masses, and thats what I feel these guys are. Focus on the singers great (or so they think) voice and strum the same few chords over and over again. Sure there are some catchy gems in there now and then. But I have bought too many albums after hearing one single from a band on the radio, only to have spent $13 for one good song .
