Default Chris Cornell - Carry On

Has anyone checked out Chris Cornell's new album? I can't get enough of it! At first listen, I was a little unsure. But then the more I listened, the more I liked it. The songs are all so different and diverse. And I just realized that he is singing all of the vocals, even the background. His voice is just amazing! He's great live too...his shows are a mix of Soundgarden, Audioslave, and solo. I saw him in Baltimore, MD in April and now I'm going to Reading, PA in July. Can't wait!

I thought euphoria morning was ok, I guess I'll check carry on out. Though the song he did for the J.B film was pathetic.

Definitely check it out! If you liked Euphoria Morning, you will like this one. It's not quite as depressing. It took a few listens, but I can't turn it off now!

I listened and I wasn't very impressed tbh, his voice sounds weak.
Guess it might take a while to grow on me. His version of billy jean was ok.
Sorry for the run on small sentences.

if you like chris cornell's voice, you should check out the band operator. the lead singer sounds similar to cornell, and their music is pretty kick ass too.

Yeah, it was a bit too overblown for me...

He did it in a fashion that was decent, he should have made the phrasing more appropriate to the song though.

He should have taken a cue from Cat power covering the Stones, if the refrain won't fit your version, skip it.
