I hate the new single. It sounds too much like everything else you hear on the radio.
Then again, I lost all respect for RHCP in about...1993.

well thats all good and dandy as lost as you don't say RHCP suck then i'd call you an AS$HOLE:P and swimintheundertow if this-"if other stuff means recent stuff then i agree. Californication and By the Way don't make up the majority of their career" is bagging out that album and that song well i dont liek you :P

why does everyone misunderstand my opinion of rhcp? I like them. I prefer their old stuff. Their old stuff is funk. Their new stuff is alternative. I like their new stuff it's just different. I have never said anything bad about by the way and californication but to say that those two albums sound pretty much like their older stuff is wrong. I was just saying that dani california sounds like their recent stuff. Which is true.

I like the older stuff. Dani California was good when I first heard it but its the type of song that gets real old, real fast and now I change the station when it comes on. The new stuff was ten times better than this.

They were never a pure funk band, while of course they had funk elements they were always an alternative rock band.

Dani California is such a good song. My fav. song is probably Scar Tissue |
