Similar Bands to Interpol? (cd, Radiohead, quote, artists, last fm)

Anyone able to tell me some good bands that are like Interpol, Placebo?

I don't like using last fm similar artists, havn't had great luck in the past with it.

well, Interpol is so influenced by Joy Division that many call them a copy

I do. There older stuff is good, but i feel lota there new stuff is kinda boring and similar. Thats just me tho.
