There's still quite a bit of decent heavy music out there. All ya have to do is look hard. European underground metal has plenty to offer.

I've got Azureus working overtime on some of these bands you guys have mentioned. Hopefully, I will find a new "torch-bearer" for the genre (Personally, I'm rooting for Bathtub ****ter - I bet they are the next Judas Priest

).

P.S. What's with all the Hatebreed negativity? I can't think of one reason why they WOULDN'T be considered "good"... Please enlighten me.

Go listen to Hellyeah. Dimebag was a great guitarist, but there are hundreds of bands that are a million times better than Pantera/Damageplan and have been putting out quality records ever since.
