Metallica or Megadeth (albums, beatles, Nirvana, member, solo)

Obviously everybody or atleast most of the people in here like both bands.We aren't necessarily saying that one sucks and one is great, we are just showing our preference of the 2, ya see?

Oh, and that thing about the others spelling the Megadeth name wrong...don't worry about it!!!I already "corrected" them all in my previous post, ya see?

...And here's the big question...why can't you pick your favorite out of the 2?Here's a way to put it:
A. You Said that Dave was the better guitarist.

&

B. James had the better voice.

So, do you prefer the guitar(Megadeth) or the singing(Metallica) more...lol?Does that make it (the choice) easier for you?

It almost makes me sad to hear Mustaine when he is talking about being kicked out of Metallica. He feels like he lost out on something, but he went on to create a band that is better than Metallica (except for record sales, but Megadeth is not as commercial as Metallica).

Metallica has been more commercially marketed than Megadeth. There are lots of people who I hear say they don't know many songs by Megadeth, but most people in the world know who Metallica are.

As for some of the albums, both bands have put out some albums that have strayed from their earlier ones. There is stuff I like from both bands, and stuff I don't. I just think Megadeth is a better Metal Band when it comes down to it.

/\ and their more "marketed" because their a better band, but how is it Metallicas fault if people can the option to market their music?

They didn't set out with the intention to be marketable like Megadeath did on Risk.
